Order Processing

New orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm EST except for major holidays. New orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available or refund the full amount of your purchase.

Online Merchandise Returns

Our policy is applicable for 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags and protective liners intact. If either the tags or protective liners removed, the item is considered used, and is Final Sale.

To complete your return, we require a invoice number and brief explanation why item is being returned.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sale@seychellesswimwear.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@seychellesswimwear.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DETAILS

Our Playa flip flops is our summer staple with a comfy molded footbed and a toe pillow design, not to mention its a diamond textured footbed for breathability and traction. These flip flops are made for long adventures with friends and family.

Fit

The Playa fit a little small. If you are normally a size 5 then we would suggest you buy the size 5/6 if you are in-between our sizes, say a 6.5 we suggest you go up rather then down, therefore a size 7/8 would be our suggestion.
