Order Processing & Shipping
Seychelles Swimwear processes new orders Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. In rare cases, an item listed as in stock may be unavailable at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will notify you and either ship your order once the item is available or issue a full refund.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada:
Standard Delivery: $15.00 flat rate (5-15 business days for in-stock items, with an additional 2 days for rural areas).
Express Delivery: $25.00 flat rate (5-8 business days for in-stock items).
United States:
Standard Delivery: $25.00 flat rate (10-14 business days for in-stock items).
Seychelles Swimwear is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred upon delivery.
International Orders:
For shipping quotes outside Canada and the United States, please contact us at sales@seychellesswimwear.com with the style, size, and quantity of the merchandise you would like to order. We will provide available shipping options.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is applicable for 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, with all tags and protective liners intact. If these have been removed, the item is considered used and is Final Sale.
To process a return, please provide an invoice number and a brief explanation for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider. Processing times may vary. If issues persist, contact us at sales@seychellesswimwear.com.
Sale Items & In-Store Purchases
Only regular-priced items on our online store are eligible for refunds. Sale items and any in-store purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us at sales@seychellesswimwear.com and return your item to the address above.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
