New orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm EST except for major holidays. New orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available or refund the full amount of your purchase.
Online Merchandise Returns
Our policy is applicable for 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags and protective liners intact. If either the tags or protective liners removed, the item is considered used, and is Final Sale.
To complete your return, we require a invoice number and brief explanation why item is being returned.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
